Our company began providing professional property management services in 1979, growing the business to today’s inventory of hundreds of residential and commercial properties in the Dothan community. It is a fulltime profession for us, and nothing would please us more than to include you as a new client.

You the investor are our client and we hold that relationship in the highest honor. You and your property deserve professional management and we strive to provide that service. The tenant deserves good service also, as surely you have learned happy tenants equal less expense for the property owner.
Our job is to represent you through all the aspects of owning investment income property. The work does not end with securing a tenant for a vacant unit. Managing the property is a daily proposition with attention given to rent collection, expense payments, maintenance supervision, and preparation of owner statements.
